Thirteen months have passed since the Fukushima reactors exploded, and a U.S. Senator finally got off his ass and went to Japan to see what is going on over there.

What he saw was horrific.

And now he is saying that we are in big trouble.

See the letter he sent to U.S. Ambassador to Japan Ichiro Fujisaki, Secretary of Energy Steven Chu, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and NRC’s Chairman Gregory Jaczko here.

But what is so ironic about this is that we have been in this heap of trouble since March of 2011. March 17th, to be exact, when the plume of radioactive materials began bombarding the west coast of California.

And Oregon. And Washington. And British Columbia. And later Maine, Europe, and everywhere in between.

Independent researchers, nuke experts, and scientists, from oceanography to entomology and everywhere in between, having been trying to sound the alarm ever since.

The scientists most upset are those who have studied the effects of radiation on health. I’ll say it again, so its really clear: we are in big trouble.

A global “Smart Grid” program is being implemented which is blasting homes and businesses with more electromagnetic radiation than human beings have ever been subject to in human history. It is utterly preposterous to assume this will not lead to major human epidemics.

We must now face the very serious problem that the institutions, government, corporations and foundations, that are supposed to be serving our interests are deliberately violating, exploiting, endangering and assaulting us.

This video exposes electromagnetic radiation (EMR) as a major danger and violation to all current and future generations.

Need a natural energy boost?

The following information and products are from: www.koyumatcha.com

The powdered green tea that gives you an energy boost of 3-6 hours and 137 times the antioxidants of your regular steeped green tea…

From beginner to veteran

Some or most of you may be new to matcha and may be wondering just how the various grades differ and which is good for what purpose. Also you may be wondering about the accessories and what is necessary and what isn’t. Matcha is really easy to start working with and though it has its roots in the highly formal Tea Ceremony, there is no need to feel daunted by 800 years of tradition. Matcha is there to be enjoyed in whatever way you choose. There are no rules or limits to what you can do with it so experiment until you find your favourite ways of preparing it.

Grades

Only our tinned products are suitable for drinking matcha as a straight tea. The higher the price the more of the youngest sweetest leaves have been included in the blending process. This means it will have a smoother mellower and sweeter taste than the lower grades. It also means a higher concentration of L-theanine, the amazing element of tea that destresses and focuses without making you drowsy. Its also excellent for battling psychological cravings like chocolate or cigarettes.

Our ingredient grades are full of antioxidants and energy boosting, but will not taste as smooth nor have quite the same mellow effect of our tinned teas. Our matcha latte mix is wonderful for those with a sweet tooth as it has a taste redolent of hot chocolate –sweet, creamy and indulgent. Its a wonderful choice for those who love lattes but know they should quit coffee.

For the complete Beginner

The Premium grade of tinned tea is for those who want the best tasting and most calming results, as well as those who may want to try matcha to help battle strong cravings . For those who wish to try and economise we recommend the Japanese matcha. For those who want a balance between price and power we recommend the ceremonial matcha. If you plan to add matcha to juices or smoothies only our ingredient grades are an excellent choice while the latte mix is wonderful for those who want something quick, easy and sweet.

This was an intriguing post that was uploaded on Facebook…

A friend of mine told me a story about when he was a kid he was in the hospital & nearly dying. His grandmother came to the hospital & told a family member to go buy her a large onion & a new pair of white cotton socks. She sliced the onion open then put a slice on the bottom of each of his feet & put the white cotton socks on him. In the morning when he awoke they removed the socks. The slices of onion were black & his fever was gone. The following story that someone sent to me might have some truth in it & we are going to try it this winter.

In 1919 when the flu killed 40 million people there was this Doctor that visited the many farmers to see if he could help them combat the flu. Many of the farmers and their family had contracted it and many died.

The doctor came upon this one farmer and to his surprise, everyone was very healthy. When the doctor asked what the farmer was doing that was different the wife replied that she had placed an unpeeled onion in a dish in the rooms of the home, (probably only two rooms back then). The doctor couldn’t believe it and asked if he could have one of the onions and place it under the microscope. She gave him one and when he did this, he did find the flu virus in the onion. It obviously absorbed the bacteria, therefore, keeping the family healthy.

Now, I heard this story from my hairdresser in AZ. She said that several years ago many of her employees were coming down with the flu and so were many of her customers. The next year she placed several bowls with onions around in her shop. To her surprise, none of her staff got sick. It must work.. (And no, she is not in the onion business.)

The moral of the story is, buy some onions and place them in bowls around your home. If you work at a desk, place one or two in your office or under your desk or even on top somewhere. Try it and see what happens. We did it last year and we never got the flu.

For flu cure:

cut both ends off an onion put one end on a fork and then place the forked end into an empty jar…placing the jar next to the sick patient at night. It said the onion would be black in the morning from the germs…sure enough it happened just like that…the onion was a mess and I began to feel better.

Onions and garlic placed around the room saved many from the black plague years ago. They have powerful antibacterial, antiseptic properties.

One more thing, never store cut onions and consume the next day.

How good are Dandylions for you?

Suppose your doctor tells you, on your next visit, that he has just discovered a miracle drug which, when eaten as a part of your daily diet or taken as a beverage, could, depending on the peculiarities of your body chemistry: prevent or cure liver diseases, such as hepatitis or jaundice; act as a tonic and gentle diuretic to purify your blood, cleanse your system, dissolve kidney stones, and otherwise improve gastro-intestinal health; assist in weight reduction; cleanse your skin and eliminate acne; improve your bowel function, working equally well to relieve both constipation and diarrhea; prevent or lower high blood pressure; prevent or cure anemia; lower your serum cholesterol by as much as half; eliminate or drastically reduce acid indigestion and gas buildup by cutting the heaviness of fatty foods; prevent or cure various forms of cancer; prevent or control diabetes mellitus; and, at the same time, have no negative side effects and selectively act on only what ails you. If he gave you a prescription for this miracle medicine, would you use it religiously at first to solve whatever the problem is and then consistently for preventative body maintenance?

All the above curative functions, and more, have been attributed to one plant known to everyone, Taraxacum officinale, which means the “Official Remedy for Disorders.” We call it the common dandelion. It is so well respected, in fact, that it appears in the U.S. National Formulatory, and in the Pharmacopeias of Hungary, Poland, Switzerland, and the Soviet Union. It is one of the top 6 herbs in the Chinese herbal medicine chest.

According to the USDA Bulletin #8, “Composition of Foods” (Haytowitz and Matthews 1984), dandelions rank in the top 4 green vegetables in overall nutritional value. Minnich, in “Gardening for Better Nutrition” ranks them, out of all vegetables, including grains, seeds and greens, as tied for 9th best. According to these data, dandelions are nature’s richest green vegetable source of beta-carotene, from which Vitamin A is created, and the third richest source of Vitamin A of all foods, after cod-liver oil and beef liver! They also are particularly rich in fiber, potassium, iron, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and the B vitamins, thiamine and riboflavin, and are a good source of protein.

Last weekend I was sat with a friend outside a bar having a pint (as you do), when in-between conversations, I noticed an advert on the side of the bus stop shelter promoting flu vaccinations for the elderly and pregnant women. I think I made my usual grunt or ‘tut’ and then carried on our conversation.

But I remembered later a conversation that I had shared with my family over the winter holiday period, concerning flu jabs and who had had one. Both these events prompted me to look a little further into it and as a result, the following is a brief start on what appears to be a rather large and controversial subject.

The link below goes to a lecture called ‘Mercury, Autism and the Global Vaccine Agenda’ and although its filled with medical terminology and acronyms, its well worth a watch (especially as the speaker suggests that Autism is reversable.)

Here’s a link to a site hosting a spreadsheet with the ingredients of the international H1N1 “Swine Flu” vaccination (look for mercury and aluminium):

Here are a few videos…

Films like ‘I am Legend’ (set in 2012!), although largely percieved as being purely for entertainment, also add to the fear of these types of epidemics (although perhaps without the flesh eating zombies element)

More to follow…

If you’re someone who has made to switch to energy efficient light bulbs in your home, you may have felt  the change benefit your environmental conscience but how is this new technology affecting you or your family’s health? Here’s a clip that adequately covers that subject…
